Andrew played a solo show yesterday in LA with local guys Oliver Bohler on drums and Sam Suppa on keys. Seems like they still played standard WM setlist. Woman and White Unicorn snippets are on instagram. Seems like they will also be on the US tour. First time without a bass player???

Brad Heald is still the bassist. Katie McGurl from Electric Citizen (who opened for WM in 2016) on keyboards. I don't think Ian is coming back. Ian and Andrew are unsubscribed on instagram to each other

I personally know Ian and Andrew living around the area, been to his studio a couple times etc... I can tell you that there is no replacement etc.. Andrew is Wolfmother. The other members are just touring musicians/studio musicians from the Gold Coast/Byron area. Ian record on many Aussie artists, toured with Xavier Rudd, Jarryd James, Ash Grunwald to name a few, other members were part of the band The Vines, Dope Lemon... they are just excellent musicians that come and go depending on availability.
Andrew’a goal is to have musicians in every country or so, so it doesn’t have to pay them flights etc when touring, just using the local musicians...just saving heaps of money. Andrew has made every single songs on Wolfmother himself even from day one.
