I'd say leave out the original since that is pretty much everyone's favorite lineup. Also, you could leave out the one with Tony McCall hahaha. That was a joke.

Well, Stocky-Ross-Myles is my favourite, at least beacause it's the line-up that made me fall in love with WM. But I really loved the two Cosmic Egg line-up and also the Andrew-Vin-Ian line-up. Not sure about Alex Carepetis, I haven't seen any footage or anything from this lineup yet

This is a foregone conclusion -- the original lineup will always be the most musically talented, the most innovative and the most commercially successful. That's not to say that I don't love all of the subsequent lineups, because I do, but Andrew, Chris and Myles were Wolfmother in my eyes, and only the Cosmic Egg lineup really came anywhere close to that.

Might be better if I change it to "favorite lineup OTHER THAN the original" right? There's basically no contest here.
EDIT: How do I edit the poll? Can't seem to do that... Can you guys NOT vote on the original then?

Can you guys NOT vote on the original then? If I had to choose not considering the original trio, it's quite difficult. Very undecided between New Crown lineup and Cosmic Egg lineup... Well, just because it was the longest one, the Andrew-Ian-Aidan-Scott is my choice

I loved the original lineup! But Dave Atkins is such a beast man! Completely different style than Myles Heskett but a loved it! I really liked Vin Steele's drumming as well but was kinda stiff compared to Atkins and Heskett. Let's see how Carapetis plays! Hope to see them this year in Germany

what happened to Vin Steele?

what happened to Vin Steele? I think he's moved on, although he might be back at some point in the future. Alex Carapetis is playing on the upcoming tour, and since he wasn't on the album either I'd say that probably means he's no longer in the band.

^ but no one exactly knows what happened to him, right? my favorite lineup is when it was a quintet. 2 guitarists, bass player, keyboard player, drummer

Ideally, I would choose Andrew Stockdale, Ian Peres and Hamish Rosser. Even though that was never a line-up. Being a drummer myself, I think Hamish was incredible and underrated. He played in tracks like Long Way To Go, Keep Moving and Suitcase. Ian Peres is just legendary on bass and keys and Andrew is literally Wolfmother. So yeah...

So yeah... pretty much the lineup before keep moving was released. Andrew Stockdale, Ian Peres, Vin Steele, Hammish Rosser, Elliot Hammond. Does anyone when was the last show that Vin Steele Performed?

Fair enough. Well I personally prefer three pieces bands. That way you got more bass and drums coming through in live performances and on the record. But that's just my opinion. I think Vin Steele last played in the middle of 2015. I don't know when. Does anyone know why Hamish Rosser left the band? I mean he was only really part of the solo project. Nowadays he's got his own brewery, he's a DJ and drums occasionally for Lenny Kravitz.

^ i think he left after Andrew decided to "disband" Wolfmother and he knew that he would get less money in Andrew's solo band. I'm pretty sure that hammond was the drummer for all shows billed as "Andrew Stockdale"
